Welcome to EdgeFlo (“the Platform”). EdgeFlo is operated by EDGEFLO PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Singapore-registered entity.

By accessing or using EdgeFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

EdgeFlo is a web-based trading productivity platform that provides:

• Pre-market preparation tools

• Risk management tools

• Journaling, analytics, and session tracking

• News and economic event feeds

• Psychology and performance modules

• AI-powered coaching tools (“FloAI”)

• Trading dashboards and insights

EdgeFlo does not provide:

• Financial advice

• Trading signals

• Guarantees of profit

• Broker or exchange services

• Execution or order routing

You are responsible for all trading decisions you make while using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Not share your account with others

• Notify support@edgeflo.com immediately of any unauthorized access
  
  

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

EdgeFlo operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4.2 Pricing

Pricing may change for new users at any time.

Founder’s Launch users retain their locked rates as long as their subscription remains active.

4.3 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including:

• Monthly or annual subscriptions

• Founder’s Launch plans

• Early-access plans

• Upgrades or add-ons

You may cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or replicate the Platform

• Reverse engineer any part of the system

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Use EdgeFlo for fraudulent or illegal activity

• Harass other users or EdgeFlo staff

• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

6. AI Features & Limitations

“FloAI” and any AI-powered tools:

• Do not provide financial advice

• May generate inaccurate or incomplete information

• Must be used at your own discretion

You agree not to rely solely on AI output for critical trading decisions.

7. Market Data & Third-Party Integrations

EdgeFlo may integrate with:

• Broker APIs (MT4/MT5, Forex.com, cTrader)

• Market data providers

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages or errors

• Incorrect or delayed data

• Losses resulting from external integrations
  
  
  

8. No Financial Advice

EdgeFlo is an educational and productivity tool.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Financial advice

• Investment advice

• Signal services

• Portfolio management

  You trade at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content—designs, code, AI prompts, workflows, branding, modules—is owned by EDGEFLO PTE LTD

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of EdgeFlo.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your customer portal.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EdgeFlo is provided “as is”
  
  

• We do not guarantee uptime, profits, or outcomes
  
  

• We are not liable for trading losses, data loss, or financial loss
  
  

• Our total liability will not exceed your last 30 days of subscription fees
  
  
  

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
